Swedish Massage is the most commonly offered massage technique, utilizing a firm or lighter pressure on the muscles. It will involve long yet gliding strokes.$120

Cupping Therapy is where I place special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. It’s used for several purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and deep-tissue massage. $120
